open or not open, time or right matters
Since 2007, I heard about the news of open source platform on mobile having been developed. At that time, Android not being called specific name as it is would not be prevailed to being known yet, but some people seems having been touched it so far. I got two specific manufacturer's launching schedule at that time,though, without knowing prior actions of my company. So, talked to VP of my team to notice this progressive steps. The reason why still not being launched in this market seems not layed on technology but depends on legal agreements and after works. So, even if the steps of dev leader's promotions in my company is plausible to enhance market dominations in up coming market share, it is not feasible to be come true those purposes. Even we will feel and say this is a reluctant operation of resturcturing in current standpoint.
